Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how personal information is handled through the CAMEO website. The relevant Israeli framework includes the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, including Amendment 13, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777–2017, where applicable.

CAMEO is the trading name used on this website. For questions about the website or the handling of your information, contact office@cameo-digital.com.

2. Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry topic and message, and optionally your company name. Required fields are marked. Providing information is voluntary and is not a legal requirement for browsing the website. Without the required contact details and message, we cannot process or respond to your enquiry through the form.

Submissions are stored through Lovable Cloud and used to review enquiries, respond to requests and manage the related business communication. Email notifications to CAMEO are not currently enabled; you can contact us directly by email.

Please do not include medical information, identification numbers, payment details or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

3. Website data and external services

Loading the website and its media involves requests to hosting and content-delivery providers. These requests may include an IP address, request time, page address, browser type and connection details for operating, securing and troubleshooting the website. Providers handle technical logs according to their own service terms and policies.

Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google servers and may transmit technical connection information. Following our Instagram link takes you to an external service governed by Meta’s privacy policy.

The website’s current implementation does not include Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Hosting and other external services may still process technical information or use cookies independently.

4. Use and disclosure of information

We use enquiry information to address your request and manage the associated communication. Technical information is used to deliver, maintain and protect the website. Information is not intended to be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

Information may be processed by providers supporting the website, media delivery and enquiry storage, including Lovable Cloud and Google Fonts. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or a binding order from a competent authority.

Service providers may process information outside Israel. Transfers made on behalf of the website operator are subject to applicable Israeli law, including the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761–2001, where applicable.

5. Retention and security

Enquiries are stored in the website’s enquiry records. Retention is considered in relation to the purpose of collection, operational needs and legal requirements; this policy does not specify a fixed retention period. Technical log retention depends on the relevant service provider.

The enquiry records are not publicly readable through the website. No online service can guarantee absolute protection against technical failures or unauthorized access.

6. Access and correction rights

Subject to Sections 13–14 of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and their conditions, you may request access to information about you held in a database and request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. This is not an unrestricted right to delete all information in every circumstance.

Send requests to office@cameo-digital.com. We may need to verify your identity to the extent necessary to protect your information.

7. Marketing and cookies

The website does not currently offer a mailing-list subscription. Contacting us about a service does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive advertising. Any future promotional messaging must be assessed under applicable law, including Section 30A of Israel’s Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742–1982.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some services. If advertising or audience-measurement tools are added, the relevant disclosures and any consent requirements will need to be addressed.

8. Contact and policy changes

For privacy questions, requests or concerns, email office@cameo-digital.com.

This policy may change when the website’s information practices change. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
